Hard Materials

Today My teacher took a photo of me with my wood work. What I made was a open draw with a love heart. The reason why I picked this was because I can hide little thing in here.  

Time Tables - Warm Up

Today we used the game Hit the button to help us recall our 4x answer quickly. The part I found hard was when I had to look for the question to the answer. I also find this fun because I got better at my four time tables.

Tech

Today I went down to tech at Tamaki collage. What I did was I did Food Tech at Tamaki collage. What we made was milkshake and it was so yummy and so good.

Dance

Today Group A did dance. First we started with the warm ups we did last week. Then we had to do a new warm up lead by Sanujan and Freeman, they had to teach the whole class what they had created. Next  we had to make different kinds of shapes and different kinds of angles with our bodies. Hajera and I were  trying to make a square and other shapes too. Lastly we watched  this video clip and we took  some ideas from the video clip to make our own dance.

read theory

Today in read theory I have read a book called My family. If you guys look at the photos I have put on it is all the question I have got right.

Read theory

 

Today I have done read theory for reading. I have read and answered heaps of different books and I kept  getting passing scores.  I was so happy when I got a good score for read theory because that means that I am improving and I can go to a more better level.

Place Value DLO

 

Today I have done a place value DLO. I have been doing this DLO in Mrs Anderson group. We have been learning this for heaps of weeks. What I have done here is that I am  using My Time Tables and My Place Value.

Dance

Today I had dance with half of my class we have been doing this every Thursday. I was working with Mrs Linda and Ma'ata we were teaching half of the class our dance. We were trying to do a free flow and bound flow. Free flow means moving from our bones and looks like we are made of rubber. Bound flow means you are moving from your muscles and looks like a robot. We learned other new movemenst like curve shapes and twisted shape and lastly straight shapes. When we did dance it was fun when I was the teacher because other people learned a new movement and I learnt a new movement.

A Respected Leader

Today me and Shakaia have been working on a Google Drawing about who is a respected leader. The people we have choose is Mia and Zahra. Me and Shakaia have been doing this for our care award to get are respect award. This will show you guys why Mia and Zahra are good leaders.

E-ako

Today I have done E-ako maths for maths. I was using my addition to make five.

World of Maths

                

Today my whole class is doing a blog post about what we did yesterday in the hall. What we did was we went to the hall and we had to get in to groups of Five,Four and Three . This was called world of maths .Then we were sent off to go to our first maths game, me and my team went to our first one called the grazing. what we had to use was a cow and something to connect it to. We all worked hard trying to find out what the shape was for A,B,C,D. The next game we played was of the island and we had to see how many rides from one side to another side, but we had to make sure there was still one little person in the boat. Me and my team mates were working together to find out the answer to the question.

Similes

This will show you  what I have been doing for writing and what I have been learning to. This will show you  what a simile is. You  maybe be wondering what a simile is well a simile is when you compare two things together using the words 'like' or 'as'. If you do not know what a simile looks like than my presentation will explain what they are.

How you can not waste food?

 

Today Me and Hejera  worked together on a Google drawing and made a DLO on How you can not waste food. This is  all about how you can not waste food in your house and at school.

Read Theory

Today I done  Read Theory For reading and I got a passing score and I even went up to a new level.  When I moved up a level I was so happy because that is showing that I am getting better at Read Theory. Read Theory is good because  it can help you learn new words that you didn't know before.

Aretha Franklin

  

Today I worked on a Google Drawing and made a DLO about Aretha Franklin song Respect. I worked with two people and there names are Shakaia and Sky. We learnt that the respect song means that people should respect other people and that they should be nice as well as equal rights.

Today Me and Brooklyn made a collage to showcase what me and her did at Panmure Bridge School It is mostly about when me and her went to  Tech.

Thank you letter

  

Today Me and my two partners wrote a thank you letter to our coach and teacher Mr Ogilve. This is a thank you letter to him about coaching us for netball. My two partners who helped me and worked with me are Shakaia and Sky and they were also in our school netball team.

Today I went down to tech at Tamaki college and I went to Hard Materials. What we did was we had to try and Finished of are wood work.
