Decimal
For maths I have been working a DLO that shows my understanding about decimal. What this DLO is about is how I worked out a problem by using decimals and addition. What I really like about my DLO is that it shows a clear understanding about my thinking for maths.
Explanation - Analogue Clock
Analogue Time
How can we understand time on an analogue clock? Well analogue clock can contain many parts. These parts can be on a clock or a watch but now we need to get a good explanation to answer the question “How can we understand time on an analogue clock?”
First you need to learn about the face on a watch or a clock. What the face is it is the front of the clock or on a watch and it has the numerals, in other words, numbers on it and the hands. The face for the analogue can be small or big and that's because it can be on a clock or a watch.
Next I will be guiding you through why we have the hands on a clock or a watch. The reason why we have a short hand, a long hand and a second hand is because it is showing us if it is past or to. Now I am going to talk about numerals.
The numerals on a clock or watch is the numbers to tell you the time. For example 9:15 but people wonder how you can tell the time if it's a two digit number? You can see that when the hand goes past the one digit number than you know it becomes a two digit number like how three becomes fifteen.
Now you can have a good explanation on why it is easy to tell the time for an analogue clock.
For writing my group has been working on a explanation about an analogue clock. What we got to do was explain how you can tell time on an analogue clock. What I did was explain the three parts that is on a watch or a clock. What I really like about this explanation is that it gives you heaps of detail.

Eels DLO
For Reading we have been working on our DLO for key into evaluation. As you can see I have been working on my eel DLO. What my DLO is about is How to fish for a eel than some pictures with some interesting facts. What I really like about this DLO is how I can explain how you can fish for eels and I also learned more about like how there are 400 species eels.
Bridges - Venn diagram
For inquiry we have been working on bridges. What we got to do was we got to compare the golden gate bridge and the habour bridge. What a Venn diagram is is when we have three sections one side is a place than facts then on the other side its the same thing but a different place than in the middle you do what both places have in common. The person I have worked with is Marieta. What I really like about this is we get to learn more about bridges.
Tunnels
Today we got to do our DLO about Tunnels. What we got to do was create a Venn diagram. What we did was compare the water view and the Gotthard road tunnel. The people I have worked with is Sky and Mele.
What I really like about this Venn diagram is that we get to compare two tunnels together to see what's different and the same.
What I really like about this Venn diagram is that we get to compare two tunnels together to see what's different and the same.

Read Theory
Today I got to look at my results for Read Theory. What I did was I set a goal for me to achieve and that goal was to get to grade four but I didn't and I tried to achieve this year but I didn't so I'm going to try and set it again so I can try to achieve before term three ends. As you can see I only got one four. What's challenging for me is that i'm trying to get a passing score but I keep on failing. How Read Theory works is that when you get a article you have questions and when you answer you get green if your correct and read if your wrong and finally at the end you get a passing or perfect score. What I really like about Read Theory is it challenges people.

What I really lime about HIIT is we all get challenge and we all work really hard.
Wheel Word
Today for reading my group got to do Wheel Words. What wheel words is is when you get to use the middle letter in every letter you make or in other words create. How you play wheel words is you need to use the middle word in each letter if it is in the Middle, front or at the end it needs to be in your letter and you need to make a word that is a word that people should know. The middle word I use was M. What I really like about Wheel Words that it teaches us new words. The hints I have used was only one hint. I got 2 out of 38.
