Goal Setting

Today we got to finish off our care awards. I have been focusing my Excellent and Innovation badge. For this task I did a DLO about my goals I have achieved for this term. What I did was I wrote down my three goals that I set at the beginning of this term and than I put a tick next to it to show that I have achieve it.

Maths - Care award

Today I was doing my Care Award and was trying to achieve my attitude badge. What I did for my care award for attitude was tutor Joel. What I helped her with was her maths. The strategy I was teaching her to do was her place value. What I like about this care award is that I got  to help someone else. 

Care Award - Fitness Session

Today Mrs Lindia, Ma'ata and me where doing a fitness session with my for dance. What we did was starching and they had to copy us and we did very easy starching. What I really like about doing this fitness session with my group was how we got to pick are own song and we got to have fun. The song we piked was shape of you by Ed Sheeran

How to stand up to bullies

 

Today I have been creating a DLO on how we can stand up to bullies. This DLO is for my care awards for my confident badge. What we got to do was explain why bullying is hurtful and why it is not good to bully people. What I really like about creating this DLO is I got to write about ways in other words reasons why it is important to not bully or mock somebody.

Care Award - Manny Pacquiao

Today I have been working on this DLO for my care award for attitude. I have been researching people that I think has positive attitude and I have picked Manny Pacquiao because he show great attitude and he supports everyone. What I have enjoyed about this care award is I got to search up who I think has a wonderful attitude.

Care Award - Pay it forward

Today I have made a DLO for my Care Awards. What I did for my care award is pay it forward. What I did for this was I got to make a DLO on how people an be positive. How I think people should be positive is that they shouldn't be saying negative words to other people. What I really like about this is that I got to make a DLO that might change peoples attitude.

Care Award - Kiwi Can Jam

Today I made a DLO on representing my school outside of school. What I have chose was kiwi can jam. What we did in kiwi can jam was perform a cultural dance (Samoan and Tongan). What we did at kiw can jam was watch other people dance that they have created. The schools that where there where Tamaki primary, Glen Tyler, Glen Bray and more. What I really like about kiwi can jam is that I got to work with people that I don't normally work with and make a good dance.

Care Award - Transum

Today I did one of my care awards. What I did was I did the 6 day challenge on transum. What I did on transum was try and do my time tables very fast. What I really like about this is that I got to see if I got to beat my score fo each times table I did. The times table I have done is 10,11,5,2 and the times table I did two times is my 11 and 5.

Care Award - 3 Motive Quotes

Today I decided to finish my work for my care awards for excellence and innovation. What I did for my are care awards was choose 3 motive quotes. What I really like about this is that I got to get three good and motivated quotes. The quote I really like is "let go of the thoughts that don't make you strong".

Care Award - Joseph Parker

Today I have created a DLO about Joseph Parker for my care award. The reason why I decide to go with Joseph Parker is because he shows excellence and innovation and how I know he shows excellence and innovation is he ignores the hate and stays focus and because he fights fair and he inspire people. What I really like about this DLO is that I got learn more about Joseph Parker.

Care Award - PHN

 

Today I have been doing my care award for attitude. This DLO is all about what does Phn stand for and why we have them. What PHN stands for is Public Health Nurse and why we have them.  What I have liked about this care award is that I got to learn more about a Phn. The reason why I made this DLO is because so people can know why it is important to have a PHN.

Care Award - Soccer Interschool

Today I have been doing my care award for attitude. This was my first time ever playing soccer. What I did for soccer was my team had to work together to show good sportsmanship and teamwork. What I have  enjoyed about this care award is that I got to work with people I haven't even worked with before. 

Care Award - Transum

Today I have been doing my care award on excellent and innovation for my badge. What this task was is you have to complete transum for time tables from day 1 to day 6. I really like the care award because I had to try and beat my score and make it go lower and lower.

Care Award - Novels

Today I have done a DLO for my care award. This is for my excellent and innovation badge and it is three novels I have read. What I have done is made a summary about the three novels. My favorite novel and thing about this care award is BFG and how I got to show what types novels I like.

Care Award - Maria Tutaia

My focus for today is to complete all my care awards for my excellent and innovation badge. What I have done is I have been making a DLO on a person who has shown excellent and innovation. What I have enjoyed about this care award is that I get to make a DLO on a person that has shown excellent and innovation.

Quotes - Care Award

Today I have been doing my care award. This care award is for my Excellent and invitation and it is for netball players or for any one else and it is also about believing in your self. What  I really like about this care award is that it makes me believe in my self even more.

Personal Passion -Care Award

Today I have been working on my care award. This is all about my personal passion and it is boxing because my dad loves boxing. This is for my Excellent and invitation badge. I have really enjoyed doing this care award because it shows on my DLO about my personal passion.
